Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice
1 carrot
1 onion
½ cup peas
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
2 Tbsp. oil
Directions
Soak the basmati rice in water for 30 min.
In a pot add the oil and fry the onion lightly. Add ginger garlic, cumin seeds, peas and carrots. Cook 2-3 min and add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the rice. Cover and cook on low heat 10-15 min, until all the water is absorbed by the rice.
