These 4-Ingredient Banana Oat Balls are a yummy, healthy, satisfying snack. Made with just 4 ingredients: bananas, rolled oats, chocolate chips, and brown sugar. Only 50 calories each! They're so easy to make and bake in about 12 minutes -- enjoy them on your way out the door or anytime of the day. Just refrigerate to enjoy during the week. Banana Oat Ball Recipe * Preheat oven to 350 degrees * Mash two large ripened bananas * Add 1 cup of rolled oats and mix (should feel wet) * Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips * If you want, add brown sugar or honey and cinnamon * Form into balls with your hands and place on a cookie sheet -- you want them to be wet and mushy but able to hold together * Bake for 12 minutes, let cool and ENJOY!!
