Heerikayi/ Ridge Gourd 1/2 kg
Dal/ Togaribele 1 cup
Onion 1 big finely chopped
Mustard 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed garlic cloves 5-6
Tamarind 1tsp
Green chilli paste 2-3 tsp
Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Gurellu powder 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 5-6
Jaggery 1tsp
Hing 1/2 tsp.
