ELearning programme on attitudes, ethics and leadership

In 2010, the Norwegian Ministry of Defence introduced an eLearning programme on attitudes, ethics and leadership. The course reaches out to all 20.000 employees in the defence sector and touches upon different ethical problems and dilemmas. The course consists of five modules, and it also includes a final exam. During the course you have to make a decision on different ethical dilemmas which are all relevant for the defence sector. The aim of the course is to become familiar with the most important rules and guidelines concerning attitudes, ethics and leadership.
