This super tasty and super easy fried rice is a lifesaver when you have only leftover rice in the fridge and nothing else and you want something really tasty to eat. this recipe is healthy also as I used very little oil to it. Try this and beleive me it is worth it.Thanks.
Ingredients -
1.Leftover rice or cooked rice.
2. One large potato
3. Two green chillies
4. Biryani masala - 1/2 to 1 tsp
5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Whole cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
8. Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
