It was an interesting tip about chewing 🤔 My mum doctor told me 50 years ago to eat slowly and chew 33 times each bite 😅 Don't know why 33 but I memorised that. About room temperature water I also agree and warm water instead of cold. Was little surprised about lemon water - not to drink too much. I have lime tree in my backyard so I like to use limes a lot - to add to the water, salad dressing, marinades etc Love from South Australia 😊 ...3
