Chettinad pudalangai kola urundai.
Chettinad kola urundai can be prepared using any vegetables like snake gourd, carrot, beetroot, green peas, boiled raw banana or beans. Here I have used half kg of snake gourd. This recipe is for half kg of any of the above mentioned vegetables. This can be prepared in desired shape or size.
Tips:
You can prepare the mix, shape it & refrigerate for later use.
Ingredients:
Snake gourd-½ kg
Fried gram-¾ cup
Green chilli-3
Red chilli-3
Sanuf-1 tsp
Ginger-1 inch piece
Shallots(small onion)- 5to6 nos
Garlic clove- 5to6 nos
Grated coconut-2 tbsp
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Cashewnuts or badam-10 nos
Salt-as required
Oil-for frying
