But are in need of nursing staff and other personnel. Justice doesn’t mandate all those vaccines, they were in place prior to him becoming the governor. She really owes him an apology. ... 27

They AGREED with a lower Court's decision that States have the authority to make a vaccine mandatory.
"The Court's decision articulated the view that Individual liberty is NOT absolute and IS subject to the police power of the State."
They granted that authority to the State based on the actual case, it has never been brought up to the United States Supreme Court if the Federal Government has that authority, YET!!!! ...
