A Perfect Finger Licking Lunch Recipe thats loved by All. Cooking Instructions a. Prepare the Sahi Masala Mix for Marinating the Mutton. Take 1 Cup of Curd 1 spoon Red Chilli Powder 1 spoon Turmeric Powder 1 Onion (Chopped and fried to Golden Brown) 1/2 spoon Sugar Grind all the above to a fine paste b. Take 1 Kg Mutton (Medium pieces) 3-4 spoon Mustard Oil 2-4 Green Chilli The Sahi Masala ground paste c. Mix every thing together, keep the marinated mixture in the fridge for 5-6 Hours d. In the heated earthen pot take 3-4 spoon, Add the following Masala to it 3-4 Bay Leaf 1/2 spoon Cumin Seed 2-3 Cinnamon Stick 8-10 Cloves 8-10 Green Cardamom 1 Black Cardamom e. Add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste f. Stir all the spices together g. Add fried Onions (5-6 onions chopped), Fry for a couple of mins h. Add the marinated mutton, Stir to mix i. Add 1 spoon Red Chilli Paste(Kashmiri Red Chilli De Seeded) j. Add 1 spoon Salt, Stir to Mix, Cover the pot and cook for 10 Mins k. Keep Stiring the mutton every 15 mins and cover it when done l. After 30 mins add a mixture of the following into 1/2 cup of warm water 1/4 spoon Red Chilli Powder 1/4 spoon Turmeric Powder 1/2 spoon Cumin Powder 2 spoon Coriander Powder 2 spoon Garam Masala m. Stir to mix every thing together n. Cover and cook for about 3 Hrs, stirring in between, Do Not add water at any moment o. After about 3 Hrs, Add 1 spoon Desi Ghee and 1 spoon Cinnamon powder p. Stir to Mix it, Cover and cook for a couple of mins q. Serve Hot with Basanti Pulao #MuttonKosha, #BasantiPulao #GolbariKoshaMangsho
