This is a really quick and easy recipe which has much less sugar than shop bought alternatives. It makes 10x 49g portions and keeps really well in an airtight jar. You can use any nuts, seeds and dried fruit that you like. I tend to change it everytime I make it so that I can use whatever I have in the cupboards. I just stick to the quantities given in the recipe. Let me know what you think if you make it yourself! Ingredients 1 teaspoon rapeseed or canola oil 300g/3 Cups Jumbo Oats 35g/1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds 35g/1/3 Cup Flaked Almonds 1 egg white, beaten 3 teaspoons sweetener 1 teaspoon runny honey 75g/1/2 Cup Sultanas Find me on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/p/CUX5XvnoN8u/?utm_medium=share_sheet We are a family of four, working hard to eat healthily, live frugally, pay off our mortgage early and save/invest for retirement. We’ve lived below the poverty line for many years and have now got our heads above that line. Our household income remains well below the national average in the UK but we have paid off all of our debt, except our mortgage, and should have paid that off this year. Once that is paid off, it’s all hands on deck to save and invest for our retirement and for our children’s futures. We hope that we can put them in a position where they don’t have to struggle financially, as we have, and that we can break the generational cycle of poverty that we have experienced. I am mostly doing Slimming World but the rest of the family aren’t, so you will see food in my videos which are high in Syns and which I may or may not choose to include in my Syns for the week. I show you it all so that you can get a true picture of our food shopping. If you have found anything in this video useful, please give me a thumbs up and subscribe for more healthy eating and frugal living with a debt-free purpose 😊. Thanks for watching 😊.
