Its composite name suggests the importance of the two degrees hijaz (F sharp) and diwan (A). It is sung without rhythmic accompaniment until the meyana then to the 4/4 wahda rhythm until the end. * First part: - Musical introduction in hijaz mode to the 6/4 sengin sama'i rhythm. - Unmeasured prelude on the santur in hijaz mode, introducing the subject of the tahrir. (1:30) - Tahrir in hijaz mode on the words "faryade men", beginning on F sharp and resting on the A. (1:58) - Sung verses in hijaz mode interspersed with instrumental interludes. (2:35) - Improvisation on the santur. (4:35) - A piece in huseyni mode returning to hijaz on the vowel "ouh". (5:00) - Verses beginning in hijaz and ending with a cadenza of the maqam rast called "Negriz". (5:40) - Jalsa ending the first part on the tonic F sharp of hijaz mode. (7:27) The second part is dominated by the 4/4 wahda rhythm. - Meyana in hijaz called "Atchugh" beginning with a sayha (yell) on the words "ya leil". (8:18) - A vocal piece "Shahnaz" in hijaz mode on the words "ya leili". (9:03) - A few verses in hijaz mode descending one octave to the tonic.
